Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages Jellyco Pep is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at hello@jellycopep.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can file a claim on your behalf.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
